I am 35 years old and I have gastric problem and get early tired and low stamina and forget things. Please help.

Hi if you have gastric problem add small frequent meal in diet. Avoid medicine and add milk in diet.

Please look into your daily routine- are you eating at the right time? hope you're not keeping hungry for long and then eating a lot? exercise helps to keep a check on your digestion and metabolism- so exercise regularly. Have lots of water and avoid having tea and/ or coffe on empty stomach. When you don't have time for proper meals, avoid snacking on junk food, have friuts instead. For forgetfulness- maintain a list of things you have to do - that will help you be more organizped.
