My hips are not hard and solid like men they are more like females even though I exercise on regular basis. Can this be some underlying problem. If so what is the solution.

Hi, Your body is a gift of nature/God. Treat it like one. Be confident and positive about yourself. Please avoid comparison with others. You are fit and exercising and healthy even at 28. Focus on what you are able to do and feel proud of yourself. There is no problem. Everyone has different shape and size and there is nothing like perfect. Even Bruce Lee is fit and so is Arnold Shwarznegar. So be proud of yourself. You are fit and fine.
