I got viral fever and dry cough. I took allopathic medicines but still cough is not relieved. When I get cough then I get pain in ears, side of head also. Face is also very dry. Also foul smell in nostrils. Please suggest some homeopathic medicines. Can belladonna or aconite cure this? If yes then what potency of tincture. Thanks.
