Hi Doctor, Recently, I get to know that my bone density is --1.1 through office bone density checkup camp. My age is 25. I want to know can I take supplement named Unived CalDveg, Algal Calcium, Algal Magnesium, Vitamin D3 & K2-7, Complete Bone Health, 30 servings, 60 Capsules. I think I am not getting enough calcium through daily food. Is taking supplement risky? Is milk powder is a great source of calcium? If yes, can I consume infant milk powder which is rich in nutrients or normal milk powder? Kindly advise diet along with supplement support? Is vitamin K2-7 can be obtained only through animals as the product unived claims they get it from vegan sources only.

You can get enough of calcium from your daily diet. Please include food items like dairy items - milk, yogurt, cheese etc. Green leafy vegetables, soyabean, pulses etc. But for now you should also take calcium supplements - vitamin-d + calcium. They are readily absorbed by body.
