Hi lybrate-user, exercise and healthy diet is the only solution. Eat lots of fruits, salads and sprouts. Eat a fruit like apple or pear with skin with 40 mins of waking up. Drink lots of water. Exercise daily for at least 45 mins. You should see the results within a few weeks.
