You can drink coconut water twice a week apart from that you can eat all fruits because fruit has natural sugar that will never harm a diabetic patient for vegetables it depends from person to person if you can kindly give me a little more detail about your diabetes and lifestyle then I would help you in making your diabetic diet plan.

For Diabetes avoid/ reduce fruits with high Glycemic Load like Mango, Banana, Dates, Grapes and Raisins. You can have Guava, Watermelon, Mausambi, Orange, Papaya. Completely avoid ALL fruit juices whether home made or packed. Vegetables are good, except potatoes.
