I have been exercising for 20-25 days and I have lost 2 inches. But still me tummy doesn't goes in. This is upsetting me a lot and hampering my faith on exercise.

Hi, It will take time. Do exercise because it is good for your body mind and soul. Don't keep looking at watch while exercising. You have lost 2 inches that is great progress. Keep moving ahead. Slowly and steadily things will happen. Exercise is the only way. Lot of good things are happening to your body but not visible to you. Keep active keep moving, never give up. and control your diet too.
