Hello, you can eat soybean even if you are diabetic patient. Soybean is a good source of protein. It also contains iron, vit b1 and vit b2. But when you make curry of any vegetable or legume, you need to use some base so it depends on the base whether its coconut base or tomato base. If the curry is made from coconut then you need to control the portion of curry ans if its tomato based then it is ok to have curry with soybean. But please do check the quantity of oil used to make curry as eating oily foods is not so good for diabetic patients.
