Hi I don't have experience working with disabled, yet I can suggest certain things which you may find useful. 1. Your weight targets are unrealistic hence may lead to disappointment. Ideally aim for a weight loss of 1-2 kgs per month, that leads to about 6-8 kgs in 6 months. You should aim to come down gradually over 1-2 years. 2. Eat small meals/ healthy snack every 2-3 hours. Eat lot of fresh fruits. Eat salads. Cut down sugar and oil. Daily sugar limit is 3 teaspoons and oil/ghee is 4-5 tea spoons. Follow this very strictly and you will see the results. Aim for a diet of 1500-1700 calories per day. Take this as a challenge that you have to get fit and don't give up till you achieve your goals.
