I am getting tired to do small things getting long breath and I am setting long hours in office more than a 10 hours. After that I came home and slept. I haven't do any exercises. I don't have mindset to do exercises or yoga. How to overcome this lifestyle.

Check your thyroid and hb levels. Do things that make you happy. Meet up with friends. You will feel good and will want to exercise. Also exercise once you begin makes you feel good and improves mental functioning. You may have to push yourself initially to exercise but later you will just love it.
