Dear Doctor, I am 21 year old unmarried guy. I have been doing masturbation since 5 years back. Previously I used to get an absolute erection. But now I do not get proper erection even my penile nerves get pain. Head of my penis gives strange sensation when I touch it at the top. I use to get sexually active but before getting erection I ejaculate. I rub my penis but it does not give joy and sexual sensation as it gave previously. Is this all due to masturbation ?
