What tablets should take for fever?

There are few things I would like to know for complete evaluation of your problem - 
since how many days do you have fever?
any associated cough, throat pain or chest pain? 
any loose motion or burning in urine?
any chills rigours along with fever?

fever of 2-3 days is usually viral, which settles down in 5-7 days. Fever of long duration needs evaluation.

Treatment

currently, you can take calpol 500 mg 1 tablet tds x 1 day than sos. 
Tablet cobadex czs 1 tab daily after food x 5 days.

Let me know after 2 days.

Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicines 1. Kali iod 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for 3 days.
2. Ferrum phos 6x (3 tabs) thrice a day for 3 days and update. Keep a gap of 15 - 20 minutes in both the medicines.
