I have desk job in the last two years. My weight has gone up 23to78 kgs. I have loose my weight. Please help.

Hi, This is a usual problem with desk bound jobs. Try to add 30 mins of exercise every day in the morning. Aim to remain fit and young for life. Don't look for shortcuts to lose weight. Take more fruits and water. Be more active. Walk to the market etc. Take this as a challenge. All the best
