Sir I am 58 years old and my fasting sugar is 110 and my PP is above 140 and I am taking DIOBINIL 250 mg once in the morning and night after food. But I feel very tired all times and please advice on the reason for tiredness and its remedy and medication for it.

Mr. Lybrate-user, if you are maintaining blood glucose levels as mentioned above (fbs 110, pp140 mg/100 ml), then your iabetes is excellent control get your hba1c% checked, if that is <6.8%, then your control is excellent. In that situation there is really no reason for you to feel tired because of diabetes. But if you still feel tired, get hb % checked to see if anemia is present. Get a cbc done which will give all relevant details. If you exercise regularly and take a balanced diet then you should feel really fit. Thanks.
