I am a 32 year old male and I have joined Gym just today. Kindly advise me the Do's n Don'ts before and after gym. What are the ideal foods to eat for healthy work out.

Do not start/ stop gymming abruptly do not do vigorous exercise, gradually increase your exercise stamina take good protein rich diet always take advice of gym trainer drink lot of water I am giving you few examples of protein rich food from vegetarian sources spouts all dals milk soybean wheat lentils peanut butter hemp seed almonds sunflower seeds cheese.
