Brisk walk/ yoga giver better results for weight loss. Include some high intensity workout like swimming/ zumba dancing/ sports/ boxing/ karate. Walk instead of hiring transport. Have small frequent well balanced meals instead of 3-4 large meals. Kindly do not include any protein supplements as it will hinder weight loss further. Instead have enough good quality proteins in meals- soyabean, sprouts, low fat milk, curd, channa, buttremilk, lassi, nuts, oilseeds, egg, chicken, fish, cereal pulse combinations- khichdi, pongal, atta-besan roti. Use less oil in cooking. avoid junk/ packaged/processed/ ready to eat/ fried/ sugary foods, sweets, chocolate, ice cream, cold drink, alcohol, energy drink, glucose
