Good evening ma/sir I am supposed to see my menses on the 8 february, 2024 but didn't so I did pregnancy test both urine n blood which was positive. Lmp 8 january 2024. Today being 14 february 2024 at 4ami started having cramps n I noticed dark brown bleeding which stopped immediately I urinated 4.30 am I had bed rest for abt 3 hours n I didn't notice any bleeding again so I went for scan, and the result shows" thin midline endometrial plate noted" acyesis. Does that mean I was never pregnant? Then why was the blood test positive? I had lost 6 pregnancy before now.
