I had unprotected anal sex with my wife. After 2 days I am having little pain in the back and slight burning sensation in the penis and some heaviness in the penis head area. Will I get any sti even if we are healthy and no history of sti's. Shall we get tested for sti. Kindly help me by giving a honest and factual reply thanks.
