Hello I am 25 years old suffering from pcos and cystic hyperplasia of endometrium with signs of mild adenomyosis, menstrual cycle is 3 months no period and 1 and half months continues bleeding, I have been advised to take. M2 tone tablet with hypnoidd tablets by a friend, but want to confirm it with an experienced doctor. Please help me in this regard.
