Patient is 65 year old male and had a tumor removal surgery post which his 7 th cranial nerve got damaged and as a result he got a facial palsy on left side of the face and drooping face and unable to close left eye. Its been 7 months since operation but we do not see any signs of recovery of nerve and fear if left untreated for much longer his muscle may not act to nerve signals. We wanted to know how can we identify whether there are any chances if nerve direct healing or else which specialty doctor to approach for nerve transfer in india from other part of face. Since its been seven months since.
