Add maximum vegitables and fruits in your diet. Take minmum 3 to 4 liters of water daily. Avoid to take too much masala, oil, sault, sugar. Take 250 ml milk in the morning and 250 ml butter milk in the lunch time. Take 15 ml drakshadi kashayam along with 60 ml water at 6 am and 6 pm. Useerasavam 25 ml along with 25 ml water after lunch and dinner.
