I had a anal fissure or anal fistula in august 2018 today is jan 2024 now the symptoms I do not have any pain bleeding from day one it is like lump of silicon in the anal region which is very soft at any given time and sometimes gets big after bowel movement. Also it is usually white colour lump that is outward after bowel movement and little in after bowel movement.
