I have taken I pill and had some spotting and jus a bit bleeding but I have taken meprate I have started bleeding for 2 days did I get an abortion or jus a normal period.

After taking the high hormonal emergency pill one gets withdrawal bleeding 5 to 10 days later, and then a new cycle starts.-new counting. Presence of withdrawal bleeding means no pregnancy by sex prior to it. Addition of meprate may bring about more hormonal imbalance. Any doubt should do blood test serum hcg-beta.
