I am pregnant from 3 months. Please suggest me healthy diet with timing. And please tell me some tips to be healthy.

Hi Mrs Swati, you should eat healthy balance diet. Avoid oily spicy foods, food outside. Drink lots of water. Fresh fruit once a day. Avoid pineapple and papaya. Green leafy vegetables, chapatis in lunch, day and rice Dry fruits as snacks in between meals. Avoid tea coffee Have milk and milk products. Dinner should have veg and chapatis , salad
