Im doing gym for last two days after break of more than 4 months . I had pain in my elbow muscle .i can not straight my hand. What should I do to reduce the pain . Is their any tablet or medicine or natural way to do?

You must start performing proper exercises which avoids straining your forearm. First try to strengthen them and for pain relief you can try hot fomentation and streching exercise for the forearm. Avoid lifting weights if you have been doing that.

Apply ice. Take lots of water. Do not overdo things. Start gradually and steadily, don't try to do things which you have done during your regular gym hours.
