Corn flakes will not help you reduce weight. Do not believe those fancy ads. Eat more fruits, drink more water, be more active, drink more soups. Cut out oils, sugar, fried stuff, parathas, puris from your diet. Reduce snacks and eat more rotis and dal. All the best.
