Could you please suggest me what protein powder do I need to use on daily basis? I use to eat sprouts and drink milk thrice in a week and I use to walk and running 45 mins daily. So is amway plant protein good for me. I do not want to become bodybuilder just to full fill required protein in a day.

You do not need to take excess protein. As per your height your weight should be 59 Kg. Have a balanced diet with enough good quality protein & be physically active. Diet- Have small frequent meals instead of 2-3 large ones. eat slowly chewing your food well.
