I have itching in my all body little but in every part. And I feel sensation in different body just like shoulder ,legs. I do pee in public are this so dirty and wash hand after that I got itching. I am taking itraconazole capsules 200 mg ones a day ,last 4 days. And I feel like sleepy and hungry ,and my dick not standing. I got one red pimple in my shoulder .what is this std or ungel or allergy reaction pls tell, this is gonorrhea or syphilis, or chlamydia, herpes or std fungus.
