Hello, I stay in hostel. I am always confused about my breakfast. Easily available items in breakfast are paratha (dry, fry), Milk , dahi, tea, bread, sandwiches, Poha. If I drink only milk with biscuits, in college lectures, I feel very hungry. If I take paratha in breakfast then I feel very thirsty during lectures and as I want to lose weight, so I always avoid it. What should I consume ?

1. Healthy Breakfast options: Poha/Sandwich + Dahi/milk OR Bread + Egg + Dahi/milk OR muesli (w/o added sugar)+ dahi/milk. 2. Carry a bottle of water always with you everywhere & drink 3 litres daily as it is very important to stay hydrated. 3. Have whole fruits, nuts, popcorn, sprouts, chana, roasted crirwa, muri as healthy snack options in between mai meals
