Do long breathing pranayams daily for 10 minutes .
? Drink 7 -8 glass of water daily .
Apply rose water on your face daily for 5 minutes .
* * Take proper sleep of 6 to 7 hrs daily .
? Use a face pack of fuller 's earth (multani mitti ) with rose water one time in a day for seven days. It removes toxins from skin.
*You can apply cucumber juice (or Rub pieces of cucumber ) daily on your face .
