How to bring maxilla forward. Can it be done without surgery. I am not sure if I have a forward maxilla or not. How can I know it. And I am 21 years old.

Maxilla is a part of the skull bones. Alone, this bone cannot move forwards or backwards unless fractured like during intentional surgery. If you feel any problem with the appearance of your maxilla, you can consult a dentist, preferably an orthodontist who will advise you a series of xrays: like lateralcephalogram and then can comment on the status of the bone.
