I having relationship problems. I'm mostly in a frustrated mood. I can have my problems sorted but what to control my frustration. Sometimes I cry a lot. Shout for nothing. And I can't be focused on anything. I'm always in some kind of stress or tension. Like I need to open up something. Tell something. But I can't. Please help.
