My wife aged 32 is 35 weeks pregnant now. We did lft and bile acid test. Bile acid level is 11.3 and in lft the alkaline phosphatase level is 204. Doctor told that because of high bile acid levels we need to do section after 37 weeks and take baby out else it will be a problem to baby. Our medical history is two times ivf failure and this is a natural conception. Kindly clarify.
