My age is 27 yrs. I have no health issues till now but I have a problem of excess fat deposition at my stomach and at buttocks. So pls kindly suggest me to reduce the excess fat over there.

Your weight is normal. Change food habites over eating, havy food, non veg, rich proteins, avoid too much seating take some few minuties break walk few minuties than work. Do arobic excersices, yoga, fast walking will help you reduce belly fats take simple veg home made food with salad.
