Hi all, I sleep daily 8-9 hours, but still I feel sleepy all day and also never stay fresh all day. Please help me, is it something wrong with me?

yes , feeling lazy and getting sleepy even after suffeicnt sleep is definitely as matter of concern. Kindly take amruttotaram kshayam, 3 tsf in a glass of warm water, before meals, twice a day. Take Dashamoolajeerakadhyarista, 2 tsf in half a glass of warm water with agnitundi vati, 1 tab, twice a day, after meals. Avoid cold eatables, cold water and curd in your diet.
