Hello you need to understand the concept of weight loss. It's a gradual process that requires cut down in calories under the guidance of a dietitian and regular exercise like walking or cycling or jogging for 40-45 minutes 5 days a week along with planks and squats. Include green tea 4-5 times a day. Drink plenty of water. Include whole grains, sprouts, seasonal fruits and vegetables, salad vegetables like cucumber, kakri, onion, tomato etc. Don't skip breakfast. Sleep for 7-9 hours per night.
