I am 25 years old male. i always feel sleepy and tired. My bp level is little bit decreasing. My weight is just 50 kg. height is 6 feet.

Hello, lybrate-user as compared to your height your weight is low. Hence, eat dry fruits, milk, banana, eggs to put on weight. For low bp take coconut water, ors mixture, lemon juice or soya milk. Threptin biscuits will also help.
