according to ur ht ur wt is too less ... You take high calorie n high protein diet. Don't skip breakfast. With breakfast you drink 1 glass of milk n 2 anjeer n 2 almonds. Take 4-5 meals in a day

Foods from all types of food groups you may eat, but you have to keep in mind the following points - 1. Avoid high calorie, refined, fatty and fried and less nutritious foods. 2. Not to indulge in any bad habits like smoking and alcohol intake. 3. Eat balanced diet and enough amount of fluid. 4. Avail small amount frequent feed. 5. Do regular physical exercise. 6.8 hrs. Sound sleep.
