I am having anxiety and little depression from last 4 months. MyHeart pumping is very fast. Feel fear, feel to cry. Etc. I have started alzolam medicine from last 3 days. Twice a day. 0.25 mg I am feeling very good with it. ICan say 70 percent better. Should I continue this medicine?Is this safe? if I take for a month. Will it help me to come out from anxiety. Please help.Thank you.
