To reduce weight change food habites. Avoid too oily end ghee prepretions, fast, spacy, junck foods. Take simpale veg home made food with salad. In lunch take 3 chapati green vegitabale, one katory dal. End evening cup of less sugar tea with mairry gold 3 biscuties. Avoid tea in office take less sugar tea once only. Stop all types of liquied sweets, tea, coffi cold drinks fruite juices. Take fruites some times. Do arobic excersices, yoga, fast walking morning or evening as per your times. In office after 2 hours gets up walk in office few minuties than start work again. In night take dinner with 2 chapti end vegitabale with salad. You mention that taking only lunch in night also take end go for walkig slowly 1 to 2 km daily.
