No it is not as good as eating fruits. When we eat fruits we r taking fibers also which is gud for health as compared to only fruits juices which hav high sugar levels and zero fiber. So try n hav fruits instead of juice.

Hello! it is always recommended to have whole fruit instead of juice. Whole fruit have the fiber with it along with fructose. But juice missing the fiber part n have fructose which can converted into glucose n fat. As a result weight go up, blood glucose level go up etc. In some cases fruit juices are also recommended. But person with obesity or diabetes is always recommended to have whole fruit, n if want to have juice take vegetable juice.
