Thus foods like biryani and other spices food are heat to body, and food like butter milk, coconut water, cools to the body, is it fact or myth? If it's fact what is the best time (after how many hours to drink to butter milk, coconut water to cool down the body after eating biryani and some other spices foods?Please suggest.

Its not a myth but its not necessary to strictly consider the same. You can have buttermilk anytime after eating biryani.
