Hello good evening sir . Sir I need some advice in my daily food .I am taking fruits like- blackberry ,banana, grapes , and foods - low salt ,low oil vegetables- radish, pumpkin, potato.I am eating only these. It's safe?sir tell me other fruits and vegetable which are not harmful?
