I am 34 weeks pregnant and I want to know after delivery which daily dite is good for me in ayurveda. And which oil is helpful for toning the body.

Dear , you can start having your regular diet post delivery. Do not try to loose weight too soon as it might affect lactation. In your diet you can have milk with shatavari kalpa as it will help you regain your strength as well as will help the baby. For toning the body post delivery especially the abdominal and leg muscles you can use chandan bala lakshadi taila for massage. Use it along with olive oil taken in proportion 1: 2 best of luck.
