I have hemorrhoids for more than 10 years. Recent last 3 to 4 years faced no any issue, only 2 to 4 times mild bleeding in a year. But recently, from june '23, I felt serious pain in external small hemorrhoid - first its colour like normal skin but now color change to pink and also some cream colour sticky liquid releasing, smell like fishy. It's very painful. Please suggest me what to do. Is it serious concerns. Thanks.
