*do not take more stress.
*practice yoga, breathing exercise, meditation to relax and detoxification.
*do proper sleep of 6-7 hours.
* add protein containing items in your foods for healthy hair growth such as take a bowl of cereal daily and a glass of milk or 100 gm cheese or 1-2 eggs.
*apply and massage your scalp with mahabringaraj taila for 10-15 minutes/day, it increases blood circulation and enhance hair growth.
*avoid hair colors.
* take vitamin-e rich foods like dry fruits (almonds, pista etc) daily.
* take 1/2 teaspoon of amla powder with water once a day.
*avoid more salt, dry, maida related junk foods.
*avoid more coffee, tea.
