Does toxocare tablet cure the infection of rubella virus? Please suggest?

Rubella is a viral infection and toxocare is spiramycin used as an anti bacterial. It has no role in tackling rubella infection which is mild, self limiting, gets cured minus specific anti viral medicines but only threat of this infection is to a pregnant woman who will have a child with congenital defects.
