My friend is masturbating from the age of 15 to 20. But he stopped a month ago. He produce small amount of non- healthy sperms. What should he do now to turn his sperms into stronger and healthy and to produce more amount of stronger and healthy sperms. And he got another problem also. That is, if any girl sit near by him or if he see porn movies or pictures his pennis automatically started to leak some sort of gummy water. Why is this occurring like this. For that what should he do. Then how to stop that. Please help my best friend. He need immediate help. Because he is going to get married in a year. So no time. Can he become a father for a healthy and normal baby. Can he satisfy his wife while having sex with her. Please help

Masturbation is regarded as a normal, healthy sexual activity. In general, the medical community considers masturbation to be a natural and harmless expression of sexuality for both men and women. It does not cause any physical injury or harm to the body, and can be performed in moderation throughout a person's lifetime as a part of normal sexual behavior. It will not affect you or your ability to have children in the future. The white sticky discharge you get even with slight excitement is nothing but a secretion of Periurethral glands located in urethra. This is normal secretion of these glands which help in free passage of thick semen through Urethra during ejaculation. This is excessive in your case .It will settle down itself once you get used to normal sexual life. Following general measure will help to increase�sperm count�and motility :- 1) Practice regular exercise for 45 minutes followed by meditation for 1/2 an hour in the morning. 2) Take high protein diet rich in vegetables and fruits and Vitamin A,C,D,E and Zinc 3)Take anti oxidants like Almonds 5-6 everyday.. 4) Avoid alcohol and smoking.
