yes u can increase your wieght follow this diet for 3 weks:
oats with milk , 7 soaked almonds, 2 banana, 3 walnuts
banana shake , salad
2 chapati , any veg , littel curd, rice, boiled potato
5 eggs, sprouts, banana shake,
3 chapati, daal, salad, chicken,
1 glass milk
aftr 3 weeks i'll change it
