Hello. For lossing weight eat healthy diet. Prefer whole grain food like oats, barley, brown rice, whole wheat bread. Drink lots of water. Prefer skimmed milk and milk products because its less in fat. If you are non veg then prefer lean meat and also avoid yellow part of egg. Stop regular tea. Prefer green tea or herbal tea. Take it one hr after every meal to reduce weight. Take atleast 5 cups of it daily. Start morning walk or yoga or you can join gym. You can do running, jogging, brisk walk, skipping at home. Avoid excess carbohydrate in diet. Prefer protein. Avoid junk food and cold drinks. Avoid sweets and bakery products. Eat 2 apples daily. It burns fat very fast. Cucumber, grapefruit juice, broccoli, green salad, lettuce, avocado all are good for weight loss avoid mango, banana, cheeku, fried potato, sweet potato, cheese, extra oil, dark chocolate, chips, cookies, butter etc. Do all these for reducing weight.

hello u need to understand the concept of weight loss, it requires cut down in calories (under the guidance of dietician) along with exercises which you are doing. include foods like green tea, lemon water, jeera water, salad vegetables like onion, tomato, cucumber, kakri, cabbage and fruits like melon, watermelon, plums. Avoid fried foods, carbonated drinks, sweets and processed foods. drink plenty of water. take small and regular meals like 3 main meals and 2 side meals. take chamomile tea before going to bed. Sleep for 7-9 hours per night. Take low calorie and low sodium and high protein food. Don't take rice at night. Take 1 glass of lukewarm water with 1 tsp of alsi powder in the morning and go for walk. Don?t skip breakfast. thank u
